To be eligible for a refund, your required designs must be unused and unpublished on any website or over the internet. Refund requests must be submitted within five days of initial design completion.

• Full Refund (less 10% service fee) if requested before order delivery.
• 66% refund if requested within 48 hours of initial design delivery.
• 33% refund if requested between 48-120 hours of initial design delivery.
